Production of Co-ex EBM Bottles

In Extrusion Blow moulding Application Multilayer machine had delivered the Co-ex Bottle for Pesticide Aplication, Agrochemical Aplication, and food Application.

01. Pesticide Bottles :-
- In pesticide Bottles Normally PA (Polyamide) and EVOH (Ethylene-Vinyl alcohol) as a barriar layer in Inner most layer Where chemical come in contact with Bottle Layer.
- Normal Co-ex configuration is 4 layer as below :-
01. "Outer layer" is HDPE Material
02. " 2nd Layer" is Recycle Layer
03. "3rd Layer" is Admer (Adhesive Layer)
04. Inner Layer is PA or EVOH layer
- Providing the Barriar layer in EBM bottles Helps to use those solvant base chemical which is very corrosive in nature and Only being filled in Aluminium Bottles.
- EVOH barriar layer is provide best Oxygen barriar.
- Use of EVOH material as a barriar Layer
